Rule to Change: No min. size. Daily limet 5.Up to 2 over 14" except no size restriction for KOKANEE.
New Rule Proposal: No min. size. Daily limet 5. First 5 fish caught, reguardless of size or weight.
Why the change is needed: I think that there are ample numbers of fish released in the lakes each year to support this. I also believe that this change would generate more interest in more people to go fishing.
Names of individuals or groups with whom you have discussed this change: I just talked to a few other trout fishermen.

They all thought it was a good idea.

A global rule change of this nature is not effective. To provide greater opportunity where appropriate, water body specific rules are developed. The rule that is referenced is specific to lakes managed as put and take. This rule was implemented to limit angler sorting.
