Rule to Change: lure and / or bait suspened under a float
On the Samish river
New Rule Proposal: do away with this, what are you thinking ? 200-400 people on a busy day all trying to float fish ? It'll never work we now have to pay to access this fishery $125 for the last three years on top of the $70 for the license and the gas to get there and now it'll be impossible to fish, this it would work if there where only 20 -50 people that'll never happen maybe limit every one to 1 fish a day ?
Why the change is needed: Make it 1 fish a day or have the land owner limit the amount of people 50 - 100 people on that lower section we all pay now to access this area $125 on top of our license that's almost 200 dollars then there's gas and now now fishing the skykomish this year so this is our only chance at kings please reconsider this change PLEASE.....

Not Recommended for further consideration Reference ID: DFW865197
Seems that this proposal has to do with salmon.
Reasons not recommended for further consideration
Salmon, goes through the North of Falcon process This proposal deals with salmon. Salmon seasons are set through the Pacific Fisheries Management Council/North of Falcon process. This process adopts a cohesive set of rules for sport and commercial salmon fisheries, from ocean fisheries to those inside Puget Sound including freshwater fisheries each year during March and April.
Your proposal will be provided to the manager(s) responsible for this species so that it can be considered during the appropriate rulemaking process.
