Require the release of kokanee in Elk Lake and Umbrella Creek and all tributaries to protect Lake Ozette sockeye.

Explanation
Provide additional protection for Ozette Lake Sockeye that are federally listed under the Endangered Species Act. This rule brings these waters into uniformity with the other tributary waters to Ozette Lake.
