Puget Sound Recreational Salmon and
Marine Fish Enhancement Program (PSRE) Survey

We appreciate you taking the time to fill out this survey.  The intent of the survey is to gauge public understanding of how this program benefits Puget Sound fisheries.  Information from this survey will help state fishery managers shape future enhancement activities in Puget Sound.

SURVEY INFORMATION

  • Survey ends March 31, 2014.
  • You must be 13 years of age or older to fill out this survey. 
  • Demographic information is not required. 
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.  To be eligible for the rod and reel giveaway, fill out the survey and enter your contact information.  Be advised that under state public records laws, we cannot necessarily keep your contact information confidential. 
  • One winner will be notified by phone or email by the end of April and have the choice of St. Croix Wild River 9’ trolling or 10’6” mooching rod with a left or right-handed retrieve Quantum Iron PT reel (MSRP $400).
  • WDFW employees are not eligible for the giveaway.
