Triploids for Dad! Williams Lake is getting 400 extra triploid rainbow trout of about 1-1/2 pounds each just for Father's Day weekend, June 15-16, 2013. It's one of several lakes statewide receiving these extra big trout to encourage you to take Dad fishing!
Williams Lake provides excellent fishing for fry-planted rainbow and cutthroat trout up to 18 inches. This year, Williams Lake is also stocked with catchable size rainbows and tiger trout fry. This lake is typically one of the best opening day trout lakes in the state.
