Sunday Lake is located in the lower Stillaguamish watershed
about 4 miles east of Stanwood. The WDFW boat ramp on the north shore of
the lake does not accommodate trailered boats, but is ideal for car-toppers,
canoes and inflatables. The fish community is dominated by Yellow Perch,
Pumpkinseed Sunfish, and Largemouth Bass as is typical in many lowland lakes in
western Washington. This is an ideal place for light-tackle anglers of
all experience levels to hone their skills on Yellow Perch up to 10 inches and
the occasional lunker Largemouth Bass.
