About 10 miles southwest of Republic, up the Scatter Creek drainage, in Colville National Forest just a few miles east of the Okanogan County line. This high-elevation (3,641 feet) lake is stocked annually with rainbow trout fry.
An improved U.S. Forest Service campground is located on the east shore. Motorized boats are not allowed.
To protect breeding common loons, it is unlawful to use lead weights or lead jigs that measure 1.5 inches or less along the longest axis
