Ozette is within Olympic National Park and is regulated by the National Park Service. Resident Coastal Cutthroat Trout, Kokanee, Yellow Perch, Largemouth Bass, Yellow Bullhead and Northern Pikeminnow are present, and various anadromous species migrate through the lake. Boat launches are located at the Lake Ozette campground, and at Swan Bay.
