Relection Pond (AKA Sarg Hubbard Park Pond) is located near the Greenway trail at Sarg Hubbard Park in Yakima. This small pond is open only to juvenile anglers (under 15 years old) and anglers with a disability and a reduced-fee license.
It has a year-round open season and is regularly stocked with catchable and jumbo size rainbow trout (10-13 inches). Occasionally stocked with 5-12 pound broodstock in the late fall. There are largemouth bass, pumpkinseed sunfish, channel catfish and carp in the pond as well.
A "Kids' Fish-In" event is scheduled for April 27th and is designed to introduce youth ages 5-14 to sport fishing. The pond will be temporarily closed to fishing for several days proior to the Kid's Fishing event and day of the event (unless registered). Closed Apr 24-27.
