Silver Lake is an excellent fishery for Largemouth Bass. Catchable Rainbow Trout are planted in the spring. This lake also provides good fishing for Yellow Perch, Bluegill Sunfish, Brown Bullhead , and both Black Crappie and White Crappie. Check the Fishing in Washington regulations pamphlet for limits and size requirements for crappie.
There is a large population of Common Carp. Grass Carp have also been planted in the past but it is illegal to fish for or retain grass carp. The WDFW boat access has a single lane concrete ramp and a small dock and can be hard to find if signage is missed on SR-504. Private resorts also offer additional boat ramps and rentals.
