   No. You can have one or the other of the daily (bag or catch) limits, but not both.

   If hunting waterfowl, you need the hunting license for the state in which you are hunting, regardless of whether you are on a boat or on land. You must launch from and land upon the shore of the state for which you are licensed to hunt—there is no reciprocity agreement between the states.
4. Can I have a daily (bag or catch) limit and possession limit for both Idaho and Washington under the Snake River reciprocity agreement between the states, if I have a legal license from both states?
   No. You can have one or the other of the daily (bag or catch) limits, but not both.
