If you’re a deer or elk hunter who enjoys hunting with multiple weapons, then the Multiple Season Permit would be a great fit. With your Multiple Season deer or elk tag you can hunt each general season opportunity you are eligible for (not everyone is eligible for Disabled, Youth, 65 and Over, or Master Hunter designated hunts). For elk hunters, this includes the ability to hunt both the western and eastern Washington general seasons.
Also, if you purchase your Multiple Season tag before applying for deer or elk Special Permits, you can apply for any weapon type as well as both eastern and western Washington elk opportunities, even on the same application. For instance, if you apply for a Bull Elk Special Permit, your first hunt choice could be a western modern firearm hunt, your second hunt choice an eastern archery hunt, and your third hunt choice a western muzzleloader hunt.
