Your group application would not be eligible for your first hunt choice and none of your group members on that application are awarded a permit for that hunt. That hunt choice will continue to be available until either an individual application or a group application with fewer members is considered.
The computer will then consider your group’s remaining hunt choices to determine if enough permits are available to award. It is not possible to award more permits for a hunt than what is allowed by the Fish and Wildlife Commission. If you only had the one hunt choice or none of your remaining hunt choices are available, then your group application will not draw a permit in that category that season and will instead earn a point for future drawings.
