Application cards are no longer used. Applications are purchased through license vendors, calling the toll free telephone number at (866) 246-9453, or online at https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov. To submit the application you have purchased, you must either call the toll-free telephone number at (877) 945-3492 or go online at https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov. No paper applications of any kind are accepted.
