No, but there are certain situations when Special Permit point restoration would be available. Some of these situations are listed below, but certain restrictions may apply.
- You are active duty military personnel and are transferred or otherwise obligated and unable to participate prior to the opening of the special hunt for which you were selected (documentation is required).
- If you, your spouse, immediate family member, or a group member are hospitalized or under the care of a physician making it impossible for you to participate in the hunt (documentation is required).
- When regulations are in conflict and you, through no fault of your own, cannot participate.
