- An un-vacated forfeiture of bail paid as a final disposition for an offense.
- A plea of guilty or a finding of guilt for a chapter 77.15 RCW offense or a rule (WAC) of the Fish and Wildlife Commission or WDFW Director constitutes a conviction regardless of whether the imposition of sentence is deferred or the penalty is suspended.
