No. If you purchase your general season license and tag prior to being drawn for a Multiple Season permit, you must return your general season tag to purchase a Multiple Season tag. In this case, visit a License Vendor and contact the WDFW Licensing Division in Olympia at (360) 902-2464. Only WDFW can void your general season tag if more than 60 minutes have passed since your hunting license was purchased.
This is why you may want to delay purchasing a general season license and tag until finding out the Multiple Season drawing results. Another option is to purchase your general season license in advance, but choose not to take possession of your deer and/or elk tags until Multiple Season drawing results are known.
