More information/comments
The parcel is located in central Stevens County approximately 8 mi. south of Colville. Access is from Arden Butte Road (county). The property is adjacent to the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge to the east. The property is mostly open ponderosa pine with southern exposure, rocky outcrops, and broken topograhpy. There are a few aspen stands scattered throughout the property that attract wildlife.

No hunting blinds provided or allowed.
