Master Hunter Enrollment Application will be available again in December 2008. Applications will not be accepted until January 1, 2009.

Enrollment Application For Master Hunter Program [PDF]

Master Hunter Code Of Ethics Agreement Form [PDF]
The MHCOEAF is required of all Master Hunters. A signed, dated form insures that Master Hunters formally agree to abide by the code. This document is required of all new applicants and is also required of individuals who are seeking to renew their certification for an additional five-year period.

Master Hunter Shooting Certification Form [PDF]
The MHSCF is required only of new applicants for the Master Hunter Program. A signed, dated form insures that new Master Hunters have met the shooting proficiency requirements.

Master Hunter Proof Of Service [PDF]
The MHPOS is required of new applicants for the Master Hunter Program and individuals seeking to renew their certification for an additional five-year period. A signed, dated form insures that Master Hunters have met the minimum requirements (20 hours for new enrollments, 40 hours for recertification) for project service.
