PLEASE DOWNLOAD, FILL OUT, SAVE, AND E-MAIL IN THE MANDATORY TRAPPING REPORT FORM BY APRIL 20.

All licensed trappers must submit their trapping report (regardless of success or whether they trapped or not) using the Department’s Furbearer Annual Report of Catch form. Trapping reports must be received (postmarked by April 20) by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Responses are used for management purposes and accurate information is necessary to manage our state's furbearing animals.

WAC 232-12-134. Report required of licensed trappers. It is unlawful for any licensed trapper to fail to complete and submit a Trapper's Report to the Department of Fish and Wildlife on the form supplied by the department on or before April 20 each year.
