Altoona Unit
The Altoona unit is a 26-acre spruce forest managed for bald eagle habitat. It is located east of Ilwaco along the Columbia River.

    From SR 6 in Wahkiakum County turn South onto Mill Pond Road. Go about 1/2 mile then turn left onto Miller Point road and travel about 1/4 mile to the site.
