DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
ON 9/20/12 I WAS CONTACTED BY THE RP - THE HOMEOWNERS PRESIDENT OF AN ESTATE IN PEND OREILLE COUNTY. THE RP HAS CONTACTED ME IN THE RECENT PAST REGARDING COUGAR SIGHTINGS. TODAY THE RP CALLED TO ADVISE THAT ONE OF THE RESIDENTS IN HIS ASSOCIATION OBSERVED A COUGAR LAST NIGHT AT APPROXIMATELY 2100 HOURS CROSSING FROM THE DEVELOPMENT 1/8 MILE SOUTH OF LIFE DESIGNS AND HEADING EAST ACROSS LECLERC RD AWAY FROM RIVER. THIS IS ONE OF SEVERAL SIGHTINGS OF A COUGAR IN THIS AREA IN RECENT WEEKS. THE RP REPORTS THAT AT LEAST 2 HOUSECATS ARE MISSING
