DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
A COUGAR RAN IN FRONT OF THE RP’S CAR THIS MORNING; THIS HAPPENED A COUPLE MILES FROM HIS HOUSE. THE RP DID NOT KNOW THE NAME OF THE ROAD. THE RP IS WONDERING IF IT IS TRAPPED AND RELOCATED AS THERE ARE KIDS WALKING TO THE BUS.
