RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE RP. THE RP EXPLAINS HE HEARD A COMMOTION LAST EVENING (LATER REALIZED HIS HORSE HAD FALLEN OVER 6FT PANEL) AND THEN LOOKED OUTSIDE AND OBSERVED A COUGAR (DESCRIBED AS DARK COLOR/5FT-6FT TAIL/SIZE OF A BIG DOG/APPROX 3FT OFF THE GROUND).
