DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
ON 1-15-2013 AT ABOUT 0951 HOURS, RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM R/P STATING THEY HAD SEEN TWO CATS IN THEIR FRONT YARD. THEY WERE MUCH LARGER THAN A HOUSECAT BUT SEEMED TO BE UNCOORDINATED IN THEIR MOVEMENTS. R/P STATED THEY HAD LONG TAILS. I ASKED ABOUT COLORATION AND R/P PUT HIS DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE STATING SHE HAD GOTTEN A BETTER LOOK AT THEM. DAUGHTER STATED THEY HAD LONG TAIL AND WERE TAN IN COLOR. I ASKED ABOUT MARKINGS ON THE FACE. SHE SAID NOT REALLY BUT APPEARED DARKER ON THE MUZZLE. THEY BOTH STEPPED OVER THE FENCE AND WALKED OFF TOWARDS THE HILL.
