DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
ON 1/15/2013 RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE RP. THE RP STATES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS THERE HAS BEEN A COUGAR (DESCRIBED AS TAN WITH A LONG TAIL AND SMALLER THAN A GERMAN SHEPPARD HOUSE DOG) AND COYOTES FREQUENTING THE AREA; THE RP IS CONCERNED FOR LOCAL CHILDREN'S SAFETY. I ASKED THE RP WHEN THE LAST TIME SHE SAW THE COUGAR WAS AND SHE FIRST SAID LAST WEEK (EITHER WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY), BUT SHE THEN STATES I LAST VISUALLY SAW PART OF THE COUGAR THE WEEK BEFORE LAST WEEK.
