DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
DFW RESPONDED TO REPORTING PARTIES ADDRESS IN REGARD TO LIVESTOCK DEPREDATION. IT WAS APPARENT THAT A COUGAR WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTACK. THE REPORTING PARTY HAD ALSO SEEN THE COUGAR DURING A DIFFERENT PART OF THE DAY IN THE AREA, BUT DIDN'T HAVE HIS RIFLE HANDY. HE WAS GOING TO CONTINUE TO GUARD HIS LIVESTOCK AND PROPERTY IN CASE THE COUGAR RETURNED.
