DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
REPORTING PARTY STATED THAT HIS WIFE WAS LETTING THEIR DOG OUT AT 4AM. THE DOG IMMEDIATELY RETURNED RUNNING BACK INSIDE WITH A COUGAR CLOSE BEHIND. THE WIFE THEN CLOSED THE DOOR AND THE COUGAR STOPPED AND JUMPED UP ON TO A BENCH AND SCRATCHED THE DOOR. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES THE COUGAR LEFT THE AREA. THEY WERE GIVEN ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO IF THE THE COUGAR RETURNED.
