DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
REPORTING PARTY CALLED TO STATE THEIR HOUSE CAT HAD BEEN KILLED BY A COUGAR THE NIGHT BEFORE. THEY HAD HEARD A NOISE AND WENT OUTSIDE AND FOUND A COUGAR HAD THEIR HOUSE CAT. THE NEXT DAY THEY SHOWED THE OFFICER WHERE THE DEPREDATION HAD OCCURRED. THEY ALSO REPORTED THEY HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS COUGAR ON THEIR PROPERTY AS IT IS A COMMONLY TRAVELED CORRIDOR FOR WILDLIFE CROSSING THE RIVER.
