DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
A HORSE WAS KILLED BY A COUGAR. THERE WERE CLEAN LACERATIONS IN THE GROIN AND RIB CAGE AREA. HOUNDS PICKED UP ON A COUGAR SCENT THAT WENT TOWARDS BURNT RIDGE AND BACK TOWARD BERG ROAD ON 11/20/13. THE COUGAR HAS NOT RETURNED TO FEED ON THE CARCASS AND HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED AS OF 11/20/13.
