Public meeting to review sport shrimping options
GARDINER, Jefferson Co. -- The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife
will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. April 30 to discuss recreational shrimp fishing
opportunities for Discovery Bay/Protection Island (Shrimp District 1) and Port Angeles
Harbor (Shrimp District 3).
WDFW biologists will provide information about the size of the shrimp
populations and discuss fishing options.
The meeting will be held at the Gardiner Community Center, 980 Old Gardiner
Road.
