Fish and Wildlife Commission to hold
work session July 25-26 in Olympia
OLYMPIA – The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission will hold a work session July 25-26 in Olympia to discuss Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) budget priorities, strategic planning and resource co-management.
The nine-member citizen commission sets policy for the department.
No formal action is scheduled during the work session, which will be open to the public. During the meeting, the commission will receive briefings on capital budget management and strategic planning at WDFW, along with an overview of resource co-management in Washington state.
The work session is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., July 25 and from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., July 26 in the Washington Room of the Governor Hotel, 621 Capitol Way S. in Olympia.
