Lincoln Park Pond offers large coho
PORT ANGELES — Youngsters will have a special opportunity to catch coho salmon in the 4-8 pound range this week in Lincoln Park Pond, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife announced today.
WDFW today planted approximately 200 adult coho from the Dungeness Hatchery in the Port Angeles pond.
The pond is open to children under 15 years of age. The limit is five fish of which only two may be over 20 inches. Children under age 15 do not need a game fish license and a food fish license is not required to fish for coho in the pond.
