WDFW MEDIA ADVISORY: Methow Valley water agreement

A public meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight in the Twisp Community Center gymnasium to allow Methow Valley residents an opportunity to discuss a proposed agreement aimed at improving stream flows for threatened and endangered wild fish through voluntary water conservation measures by land owners.

WDFW Public Affairs has produced a Fact Sheet which details how the draft agreement, which could be signed later this month, would help fragile wild fish populations.
