DESCRIPTION: The Habitat Program is dedicated to protecting, conserving and restoring ecosystems and habitats necessary for the long-term sustainability of fish and wildlife populations in Washington State. To serve this need, staff uses permitting authority and provides sound scientific information, management recommendations and expert technical guidance to other agencies and the public.
