Wildlife Viewing Maps and Guides 

North Central Washington Wildlife Viewing Map for Highway 97

The map highlights 36 wildlife viewing sites along Highway 97 North with opportunities to view returning salmon, big horn sheep, and migrating raptors and much more. Visit this region at all its season’s and check with local chambers of commerce, visitor centers and ranger stations for more specifics and closures.

This map is available in hard copy at select State Parks, chambers of commerce and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife offices as of July 1st 2009. GPS waypoint information is currently being developed for each wildlife site and will available in the near future.
