Dear Ms. Davies:

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the high quality work you have performed as a representative on the Governor's Interagency Committee of State Employed Women (ICSEW). In my year as Chair, the ICSEW has received a great deal of praise for the work you have done on the Promotional and Career Opportunities Committee (PCOC).

This committee has had some uphill challenges, namely working to help women promote and advance in state government, but also working with the Governor's Executive Policy staff to address pay equality issues for Washington working women. This is no small feat.

It has been brought to my attention that you have served faithfully, willingly, and have been a strong team player, volunteering to go above and beyond the call of duty with a positive attitude.

I feel privileged to have served among a group of committed, motivated, and dedicated professional women during my tenure as Chair. It's been wonderful working with you. I wish you much success in the future.

Sincerely,

Dawn Baker
1999-2000 ICSEW Chair
