The following e-mail message was sent to WDFW Director Jeff Koenings From: Frederick Stilwell To: Jeff Koenings, WDFW Director Date: 08/15/2005 Subject: Pat on the back for Dean Toba Dear Director Koenings: As an avid fisherman utilizing the ramp at Cornet Bay in Deception Pass State Park, I wish to specifically comment on the actions of one of your Fish/Crab checkers, Dean Toba. I have observed him on numerous occasions and been checked by him frequently. I would like you to know that he represents the WDFW extremely well. He is always courteous, pleasant to all and professional. The other checkers are always pleasant as well, but Dean stands out in this regard. Thank you, Fred Stilwell Oak Harbor
