Subject: Orange Card time response appreciated

Hi, I just wanted to pass on a note to the supervisor in this Dept. how much I appreciated the quick response time I received on this matter noted in the E-mail below. Within three hours of sending this, Jan Ulijohn from your office contacted me and gave me the answers I was looking for and by early the following day the matter was completely cleared up. I just thought whom ever her supervisor is should be aware of the excellent service Jan Ulijohn provided for me.

Subject: Orange Card

To whom it may concern;

Last August my daughter took a hunter safety course from Jerry Johnson in Brewster, Washington. My two other children also took the course and received their orange card but Shelby did not receive hers. As the hunting season approaches I will be needing that card to be able to purchase her a hunting license. I would appreciate some assistance from your office with this matter as soon as possible. Thank you .
