Windmill Ranch


The Washington Migratory Bird Stamp Program has been active in restoring wetlands and enhancing upland habitat on Windmill Ranch in Franklin County, affecting over 250 acres through excavations and construction of water control structures to enhance breeding habitat for dabbling ducks.
