Western Washington Pheasant Harvest Report Form

Welcome to the western Washington pheasant harvest reporting page. This page is designed to allow you to report your western Washington pheasant harvest for the current pheasant season. Information collected through the site will help WDFW evaluate harvest and hunter participation, which are important for the proper management of the program.

Please enter your harvest information in the form below. If you have purchased more than one western Washington pheasant for the current season, please submit your information ONE CARD AT A TIME. Please refer to the "site code" list on the "Western Washington Pheasant Program" home page (http://wdfw.wa.gov/wlm/game/water/wwapheas.htm).

If you did not harvest any birds, please complete the form appropriately. Your information is still valuable. If you submit a report through this web page, please do not mail in your hunting authorization report form. If you have difficulties submitting information on this site, please email us at wildthing@dfw.wa.gov and mail in your report card.
