Migratory Bird Hunting Authorization Report Form

Welcome to the WDFW web page to submit mandatory hunting reports for band-tailed pigeons, brant, and snow geese. Accurate harvest information is critical to manage these populations. As noted on your hunting authorization(s), band-tailed pigeon reports are due by September 30 following the season, and snow goose, brant and sea duck reports are due on February 15 following the season. If you submit a report through this web page, please do not mail in your hunting authorization report form.

For each hunting authorization you held, please indicate yourpermit number (located in the box to the right of your address), the total number of days you hunted for the species, and the dates you harvested each bird, Thanks for your cooperation.

Space is provided on this form to report any number of birds harvested per species. For those hunters who harvested birds of different species, please enter the information for this species, submit the report, and then go back to the form to submit the rest. Repeat as necessary to submit your total harvest.
