How do I add group members to my hunt?

To add your group member:

1. Login to the Hunt by Reservation system here: http://wdfw.wa.gov/hunting/hunting_access/private_lands/myreservations.php
2. You should be taken to the page that shows current reservations.
3. Under “Active Reservations,” click on the “View/Edit” button next to the correct hunt.
4. On the right hand side of the page, there should be a form to enter in your group member’s WILD ID (they must be registered in the Hunt by Reservation system). Enter the WILD ID and click “Add.”
5. Your group member will receive an email invitation to join your hunt. The group member must accept the invitation before his or her name can appear on the permit.
6. Once you have finished adding group members, click the “Print Permit” button in the upper right portion of the screen. Verify that all names are correct on the permit, then print it out and place it in plain view on your vehicle’s dashboard.
