TACOMA -- The location for a May 14 public meeting to discuss the Department of Fish and Wildlife's draft Wild Salmonid Policy has been changed.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Slavonian American Benevolent Society Hall at 2306 N. 30 St. rather than at the Mountaineers Clubhouse next door.

Department officials will discuss the policy and then the public will have the opportunity to ask questions and comment.

The comments will be included as part of the official record of the policy's draft environmental impact statement public process.
