Whiskey Dick pheasant release site

Acreage:

Eastern Washington pheasant hunting: Eastern Washington pheasant hunting hours follow the official hunting hours for migratory game birds, upland birds, and wild turkeys. See WAC 220-416-050.

Non-toxic shot: To protect other wildlife species including waterfowl and raptors, non-toxic shot is required for all upland bird, dove and band-tailed pigeon hunting on all pheasant release sites statewide. It is unlawful to possess shot (either in shotshells or as loose shot for muzzleloading), other than nontoxic shot, when hunting for upland game birds (pheasant, quail, chukar, and gray partridge), mourning doves, and band-tailed pigeons on all WDFW designated pheasant release sites statewide.

Hunter orange and/or fluorescent pink: When hunting upland birds, a minimum of 400 square inches of fluorescent hunter orange and/or fluorescent pink clothing is required, visible from all sides and worn above the waist. While a fluorescent hat is strongly encouraged, a hat alone does not satisfy this requirement. It is unlawful to hunt upland birds with a firearm (except muzzleloaders) during upland game bird season without this clothing.
