The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) is looking for bids on a 7-acre property in southwest Olympia. 

Located at 9125 Gate Rd. SW, Olympia, WA 98512in Thurston County (Parcel number 09060003000), the property includes a single-family home, detached garage, pump house, and several barns, all of which will be included in the sale. The minimum bid is the appraised value of $375,000.  All bids must be accompanied by a deposit to be considered.  All buildings will be sold in an as-is condition. The successful bidder will be responsible for connecting utilities.

The successful bidder will be notified by mail in early June 2023. The signed bid serves as the offer to purchase and will be sent to the designated escrow officer for the transaction. The transaction will close in escrow.  The right of possession will not be granted until issuance of a Governor’s Quit Claim Deed.
