The next Wolf Advisory Group (WAG) meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m and Thursday, January 7 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. A meeting agenda has been posted to the Wolf Advisory Group page. Although this will be a virtual meeting, the WAG work session will be open to the public to observe and will follow the same format used previously, including public comment opportunities each day.
Please note the following changes in public comment opportunities:
- In an effort to maximize public comment opportunities during virtual WAG meetings, there will be an experimental, open-house style question and answer/public comment period in virtual breakout rooms prior to the WAG work session on Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. More information about logistics for these breakout sessions will be provided in a forthcoming update. We request your patience prior to and during this session as we give this opportunity a test run.
- On Wednesday, January 6, the normal public comment opportunity will be reserved at the end of the WAG work session as usual.
- On Thursday, January 7, the normal public comment opportunity will be reserved at the start of the WAG work session (not the end) so the meeting end time on Thursday can be flexible.
This meeting will be held using Zoom, an online web-conferencing tool that allows presenters to share presentations and video and allows the public to listen via computer or phone. We also recommend joining the webinar 15 minutes before it starts. Information on joining the meeting will be provided in a forthcoming update.
