Celebrate the South Sound Prairie ecosystem during Prairie Appreciation Day! WDFW will have a booth set up at this community event to share information about the work WDFW does on prairie ecosystems.
Take a self-guided tour of Thurston County’s Glacial Heritage Preserve. Learn about the prairie ecosystem, why it’s important, and what’s being done to preserve it on the interpretive trail.
NOTE: Entrance to the event closes at 2pm. Event ends at 3pm.
