Commercial crab harvesters in Puget Sound can use the forms below to satisfy Additional Reporting Requirements (WAC 220-352-340) associated with the fishery. Harvesters must report the fishing status of their Puget Sound crab license and estimated pounds of Dungeness crab harvest intended for storage before sale. Use the tools below to submit reports to shellfish managers.
Harvester License Registration Form
Use this form to register which Crab Management Region crab gear will be deployed in for each license held prior to the opening dates. Registrations must be updated when gear moves between regions, or when a license is no longer being fished. Harvester Stored Crab Reporting Form
Submit a stored harvest report for all catch that is removed from the vessel and not delivered to an original receiver within 36 hours. Submit this report within 36 hours of an offload of crab to store. Additionally, this report can be used to report already stored crab to an original receiver. Puget Sound Buoy Tag Replacement Request
Use this form to submit a request to use dash tags to replace any gear that has been lost in the Puget Sound commercial crab fishery. Upon successful submission of a request, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. Please retain an electronic copy of this email to show to enforcement if requested. Commercial dealers/buyers submit daily total landings of Dungeness crab caught by non-tribal commercial harvesters by crab management region within Puget Sound. Buoy Color Registration
Use this draft form to register your commercial crab buoy colors/patterns and submit feedback. This will be a voluntary submission for Puget Sound crab but required for coastal harvesters.
