Hunsinger Lake

Located three miles east of Omak on the WDFW property, the lake is at 2,500 feet in elevation near Pogue Mountain.  This is a hike in lake only, accessed from Big Green Lake from the west and is very small in size at two acres.  Hunsinger Lake was planted with westslope cutthroat in 2012 and 2016.  Better suited for float tubes as the area around the lake has limited shore access.

Two-pole fishing is allowed

Shoreline access: Good - Limited shore access due to cattails
